At HDclaritySpeech, we value our students' time and strive to provide professional and flexible tutoring services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, session validity, payments, and refunds related to our tutoring services.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Free Cancellation Window

Students may cancel or reschedule a tutoring session free of charge if the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.

LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW

Late Arrival

If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

No-Show

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show") will result in the full session fee being charged.

SESSION VALIDITY

Sessions remain valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
All sessions are non-transferrable.
Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any exceptions are granted solely at the tutor's discretion.

PAYMENT TERMS

All tutoring fees must be paid in advance.
Purchased session packages are non-refundable once the month/package has started.

ONLINE SESSION REQUIREMENTS

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required platform/software.

Technical issues on the student's side do not qualify for refunds or session extensions.

REFUND POLICY

Cash Refund

Duplicate payments.

Refund as Class Credit

Technical issues on our side that prevent the session from taking place.
Sessions canceled by the tutor where rescheduling is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.

TUTOR CANCELLATION

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:

A free rescheduled session.
